Alex is the founder and CEO of WSN. He sets our firm’s strategy and direction and supports our global clients by strengthening existing relationships and building new ones.

Alex takes an active role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring long-term success by fostering a culture of innovation and diversity.

Alex learned the business of consulting at Lockheed Martin Integrated Business Solutions and the business of investment banking at both UBS and HSBC. He has over 20 years of consulting experience working within major global investment banks.

As the Head of Consulting Services in APAC, Paul has the responsibility of overseeing and delivering on WSN’s vision and strategy throughout the region. He oversees day to day operations, leads the business development team by identifying new opportunities and ensures future success by taking an active role in developing talent.
 
Paul has over 15 year’s experience in financial markets and consulting across both Australia and the United States. Having worked with major global financial institutions throughout his career within both Sales and Trading as well as Consulting, Paul has an intricate understanding of their product suite and asset classes as well how to navigate transformational environments effectively within the sector.

Stephanie has 10+ years of experience managing the front-to-back recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to onboarding and beyond. She helps to drive WSN's success by fostering a culture of excellence and facilitating seamless talent acquisition processes.

She began her journey as a Regulatory Change PMO at a top investment bank in NYC, where she gained an understanding of the Financial Services industry. Since joining WSN, she’s held numerous leadership roles within the company which led her to becoming both the head of HR & our Talent team.

As the Global Head of Legal Services, Josh serves as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering expertise and support across a wide range of legal issues to help them achieve their objectives and navigate legal challenges effectively. He also plays a critical role in safeguarding the legal interests of WSN and ensuring that its operations are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 1995) and the Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1998), where he served as an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review. He was admitted to both the Pennsylvania and the New Jersey bars in 1998 and admitted to the New York bar in 2022. Mr. Grabar has been admitted pro hac vice in federal courts nationally. He is a member of the American, New York State, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

In his almost 20-year Consulting career, Gary has successfully delivered projects worldwide specializing in Derivative products. He started his career at Goldman Sachs before moving into a leadership role at Société Générale where he managed Capital Markets teams.
